Eastern End Thames View in Barking, where we have now handed over 230 of the 279 new flats and houses, most of which are now occupied by residents. Our top residential construction team undertook this £36.70 million project for Thames Partnership for Learning (Regeneration) Ltd with the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham taking all 276 of the units as Council managed homes.

This ground-breaking partnership was developed to deliver affordable new homes via a privately financed arrangement with Long Harbour. The 154 townhouses and 125 flats were designed to Code 4 for Sustainable Homes and Lifetime Homes standards by our Architects, Pollard Thomas Edwards.
