NHM – Members’ and Patrons’ Room success

Jerram Falkus are delighted to have secured our second Natural History Museum project. This £2.3M project will take place in the Grade 1 Listed Waterhouse building. Located on the central axis of the Natural History Museum’s primary frontage. The project scope comprises:

Welcoming Reception lobby / Salon / Restaurant / Kitchen and Wash up areas / Bar & lounge / Informal study space / Reading Room / Talks and Events space /

New WC facilities / New passenger lift / A new environmentally controlled storage room to house a Botany Specimen Collection.

Work commenced on site on 21 November with a programme of 32 weeks. We thank the pre-construction team for their tremendous efforts.
