Macmillan Brighton award

Jerram Falkus are delighted to have been awarded a Breeam Excellent award for our Macmillan Brighton project (Macmillan Horizon Centre).
The project comprised the construction of a horseshoe-shaped building with a complex two/three storey structure comprising a reinforced concrete frame and a hybrid superstructure of structural steel and glu-laminated timber.

It was highly insulated, certified to BREEAM ‘Excellent’, and clad in a combination of Siberian larch weatherboarding and render with a zinc standing seam roof. We thank our operations, project management and leadership teams for their efforts.
