Church refurbishment and residential scheme

Jerram Falkus’ refurbishment contractors in London have been appointed to undertake the demolition of an existing church hall on Great Cambridge Road, Tottenham and the construction of a four storey block which will provide; a community facility, 18 flats, two x 3 bedroom houses, one x 4 bedroom house and a new vicarage. The project also includes the construction of a single-storey extension to the existing Grade II listed church’s front entrance, as well as remodelling and alteration of this area and refurbishment of the church interior including mechanical & electrical services, external works and below ground drainage.  

The project will commence in November and is expected to complete by May 2021.
