Housing project win for Brent Council

Our company is very pleased to announce that we have been awarded two new home construction projects for Brent Council. 
 
The design and build contract covers two new residential sites; Gloucester Close and Frontenac on Donnington Road. The two developments will provide a mixture of flats and houses in line with the borough’s current housing commitments;
 
  • Gloucester Road – 2 x two-bed houses and 3 x three-bed houses
  • Frontenac – a four storey residential block (including 3 x three-bed and 1 x one-bed flats).
 
We are currently in the design period, with construction due to commence on both sites this Autumn, targeting completion September 2021.
