Clerkenwell Road main sections to proceed

We are delighted to announce that we’ve received instruction on our £27.9M flagship hotel construction project. This project ‘Clerkenwell Road’ comprises 211 Guest rooms, Front and Back of House, Retail Shell, Residential Shell and Work Space. We thank our various departmental teams namely Preconstruction, Construction and Commercial on their collaborative efforts which has led to the delivery of this flagship project.

This instruction adds to our portfolio of flagship Commercial / Hospitaility developments and sits besides our Amsprop (Lord Sugar) and Sir Terrance Conran London projects.
We now look forward to the successful delivery of this project on site and securing similar projects in the future.
