309 Regent Street, University of Westminster

Jerram Falkus are undertaking refurbishment works on this Grade II Listed Building in the heart of the Capital. The site is the flagship building for the University of Westminster.

Given the historic nature of the building and the prominent location, Jerram Falkus have been working closely with the Planning Officer at Westminster City Council.

Located along one of the busiest thoroughfares in Westminster, works include:

  • To Repair, Replace or Upgrade 40 individual roofs following surveys.
  • Replacement or repair of identified roofs
  • Removal of redundant plant.
  • Relocation or replacement of rooftop plant as identified in survey reports
  • Upgrade and improvements to roof access and safety arrangements incorporating maintenance and cleaning access requirements.
  • Installation of PV units to East side roofs.
  • Refurbishment and repairs to external wall surfaces.
  • Replacement, refurbishment, repairs to windows and skylights.
  • Improvements to rainwater and roof drainage systems.
  • Repairs to the historical ‘Readograph’
