Geffrye Place/Cremer Street

The development on the site of 32 Cremer Street is situated adjacent to Geffrye Museum in Hoxton in the London Borough of Hackney.

The scheme comprises both the former Marquis of Lansdown public house and a new four storey building adjacent to the existing 32 Cremer Street. The existing building has been stabilised, retained and refurbished with a part demolished and re-built at the rear.

The entire ground floor (apart from a communal entrance hall to the flats) and a small basement will comprise a museum café with ancillary space and this will be given back to the Geffrye Museum in a shell and core condition on a 999 year lease.
