Kingsbridge Terraces, Barking

The construction of the new Kingsbridge Terraces residential development. The development consists of 27 new maisonettes and houses, with associated car and cycle parking and open spaces. This scheme forms part of the wider regeneration of the 1960’s Gascoigne Estate in Barking and is only a short walk from Barking town centre.

 

All of the properties have private front and back gardens or terraces, in addition to their own individual entrances and all of the kitchens were designed and supplied by Jerram Falkus’ joinery division Falkus Joinery. The properties will be available under shared ownership.
