The project includes the demolition works to the existing garages sites followed by the design and construction of two single-storey detached bungalows (1x 3 bed and 1x 1 bed)

Oman Avenue – £1.85m
The design and construction of four single-storey detached bungalows (4x 2 bed) and a 3 storey block of flats (3 x 2 bed) to Oman Avenue. Both home construction projects will include associated external works including car parking, cycle storage, refuse storage, amenity space and landscaping. All units will be provided for affordable rent.
