Latymer Upper School Sports Facility, Hammersmith

Our local building contractors worked on the construction of a new three-storey sports centre extension to the existing facility which provided a new 25 metre 6 lane swimming pool with automated moving floor, dance and fitness studios, wet and dry changing facilities, WC’s, stores and offices.

Piled foundations and waterproof reinforced concrete basement and swimming pool, reinforced concrete frame with Metsec inner walling system and externally clad with Fibre-C panels, Reglit glazing and insulated Sto render.

Extensive mechanical and electrical services included pool filtration and heating plant, roof mounted air handling, and cooling to the dance and fitness studios. The existing adjacent Sport Hall was refurbished including new external insulated Fibre-C wall cladding, roof cladding, new sports floor, internal fitting out and new services including heating, ventilation and lighting.
