Shetland Road, Bow

We are undertaking the £5.4m design and build contract for 19 new build low energy homes at Shetland Road, Bow in East London.

The works will see the construction of two, 4 storey buildings and the improvement of open spaces, play area and hard landscaping on the former garages site.

The new homes will provide a mixture of; 3 x four bed, 4 x three bed, 3 x two bed and 9 x one bed properties. The project works are to commence summer 2021 and we look forward to working with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to deliver this social housing construction project.
