Burford Close Handover in LBBD

We are delighted to have completed to programme our project for Barking and Dagenham – Burford Close.
The project consisted of the Design and Build of 6 New Bungalows designated for elderly residents including site clearance, de-contamination, demolition, associated services, drainage, infrastructure and external works. The development site was occupied by 30 single garages and a redundant boiler house. These were demolished and the site was cleared leaving just the boundary walls and fences.
Jerram Falkus employed JM Architects to design the units and we look forward to more projects with the client and consultant team. We also extend thanks to our superb project / site team for their efforts.
