Far beyond the regulatory obligations and policies we are required to adhere to, we have always sought to leave a positive impact with the buildings we construct, the places that we work in and the people impacted by what we do. To help develop talent for the future, we also support local schools, colleges and universities and offer regular work experience roles and industry and post-graduate placements. We also recruit significant numbers of local employees from within the communities in which we operate.
