4 year Housing Framework place awarded

We have the wonderful news that we have secured a place on the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham’s £100M+ 4 year Framework Agreement for Housing New Build Works.
This will see us have the opportunity to bid for work under two lots. Lot1 for projects up to £2.5M and Lot2 for projects over £2.5M.
The HNBW Framework will be made available to other councils namely: London Borough of Tower Hamlets, LB Newham, LB Redbridge, LB Havering, LB Waltham Forest, LB Lambeth and Unitary authorities and councils within the Essex county. Well done to our Pre-Construction / bid team for their superb efforts.
