Gloucester Avenue & Frontenac

Jerram Falkus Construction delivered two housing projects for Brent Council.

The design and build contract covered two new residential sites; Gloucester Close and Frontenac on Donnington Road. The two developments will provide a mixture of flats and houses in line with the borough’s current housing commitments;

  • Gloucester Close – 2 x two-bed houses and 3 x three-bed houses

The site was an existing green space/field in Stonebridge, Brent surrounded by residential back gardens with access off Stonebridge Park.

The north end of the site saw the delivery of two semi-detached houses. The south end of the site saw the delivery of a terrace of three houses.
In between the sets of new homes is a large area which has been left as a public open/wildlife space.

  • Frontenac – a four storey residential block (including 3 x three-bed and 1 x one-bed flats).

The block sits in the heart of a housing estate has been delivered on a highly constrained site.
