Weighbridge, Dagenham

Our first modular housing construction project in Dagenham provides 92 new homes which have all been prefabricated off-site using top quality materials and methods before being delivered to the site Cook Road, Dagenham.

The development consists of 24 one-bedroom flats, 36 two-bedroom flats and 32-three-bedroom homes. Our new-build developers completed all of the enabling works and infrastructure in preparation for delivery and installation of the units which were supplied by modular building manufacturers Thurston Group for this project.

The Weighbridge development is part of a wider programme in Barking and Dagenham that will deliver new homes to house local homeless people and families. These properties will be used to house families who would otherwise be forced into expensive and insecure hostel and other temporary accommodation, in and outside the borough.
