Sebastian Court

Barking and Dagenham’s regeneration company, Be First, appointed Jerram Falkus to undertake the demolition of the original Sebastian Court buildings, and enabling works in preparation of the a new high-quality affordable housing development on the site.

Jerram Falkus completed the demolition and commenced piling for the new residential blocks and began constructing the new substation which has unlocked the site in preparation for a new high-quality affordable housing development.

The new Sebastian Court housing development will provide over 90 affordable and quality homes for local people, an increase of almost 30 units when compared to the original building that has now been demolished.

This development forms part of Barking and Dagenham’s commitment to deliver thousands of new affordable homes for local people.
