Sebastian Court

Demolition of the original block of flats, in preparation for an exciting new affordable housing development on the site. The new Sebastian Court development will provide 95 affordable and quality homes for local people, an increase of 30 units when compared to the original building now being demolished.

 

The works include the demolition of the original Sebastian Court buildings, and enabling works in preparation of the a new high-quality affordable housing development on the site. The new Sebastian Court housing development will provide over 90 affordable and quality homes for local people, an increase of almost 30 units when compared to the original building that has now been demolished.  This forms part of Barking and Dagenham’s commitment to deliver thousands of affordable homes for local people.
