285-289, Golders Green Road

Jerram Falkus recently started on site at our Golders Green Road scheme.

The project consists of the construction of a six-storey block of 22 flats including basement car park.

Enabling Works: This element of the works incorporated the construction of a crossover on Golders Green Road, the removal of live services, felling of trees and shrubbery and the demolition of the existing two storey property.

Main works: Construction of six storey concrete frame and basement including 20 one-bedroom to four-bedroom flats.

Access to the main works is via Golders Green Road facilitated by a lane closure for unloading via a tower crane. The entirety of the site is fully hoarded.

The concrete frame is in place and block work is now well underway on the ground floor.

Construction has started on the communal stairs and the Metsec will shortly be going in. This will provide a carrier for insulation, exterior cladding and interior boarding.

The balcony connections are also now in place.

The project is anticipated to complete in Autumn 2025.
